Worse Service I've ever had

Have waited an hour and a half for an order that is meant to be delivered les then 1Km from Benmore gardens debonairs, every time I called in , which i did 4 times, the lady didn't know where my order was. When the driver finally arrived he didn't bother to contact me about my order luckily I was outside on the line with the helpdesk otherwise he was just gonna stand there with no purpose. Then after handing me my order I realized that the safety sticker was not sealed when I asked the driver he then sticks out his fingers to seal it. I mean is that how you are meant to handle a customers food, I'm not even sure where his hands had been.
