Worse service ever from debonairs ormonde

It's past 9pm now and I ordered pizzas past 5pm, called and was told that the driver is on the way, that was a hour ago. Debonairs ormonde, worse service i ever received... I should've sticked to Southgate branch even if their Doug are always raw, atleast by now I wouldve finish eating. When I call And ask what if that pizzas is cold by the time it reach here,I was told that black sticker free pizza thing they used to have, doesn't work anymore, so I will just have to eat it like that, or warm it in the microwave, 4hours to deliver pizzas 3minutes away..
