Worse service ever experienced 😡

Your online service is 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡horrible, I have had 3 incidents now since I have been using the app. I order at Jabulani mall online., When I got to the store the food was not prepared, I had to cancel the order. secondly I order at Dobsonville and the app said delivery received when it wasn’t delivered, I had to go to the store to fetch the order, which in convenienced me, thought that was the worse, yesterday (29/07/2022) I order for large creamy deckerR214 pizza, at night. I waited for two hours, I had to drive at night to fetch my delivery as I already paid and it said I received the order. I got to the store they had already closed we’re cashing up. and I asked for refund, which they couldn’t refund me back my money. I had to take the food that stay more than 1 hour after it was prepared. The based was burned and I had no choice but to eat because it was around passed 10pm to get other food.

This is unacceptable and charging me for delivery and giving me waste food is the worse experience ever for a brand that keeps serving us and I don’t need your apology I need my money back. 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡
