WORSE SERVICE EVER

I order a Meaty Triple decker Pizza on saturday which should come with a R200.00 voucher, i havent received the voucher. i called yesterday to query about this. they inform me the Southgate Manager will call me back, after over an hour no call from the manager, i called back again needless to she couldnt help and said she will find out from her senior manager and call me back, that didnt happened i called again with no joy. At 14:50 yesterday another call to their client service department and spoke to Promise and she promised me a call back in 15min, guess what i am still waiting i think the voucher thing is a **** and even deleted their app on my phone USELESS SERVICE AT ITS BEST
