WORSE SERVICE EVER
<p>I'm very upset with debonairs online service I placed my order online with promenade branch mplain at 6.43pm already and paid online its 9.08 pm I still have nt received by order yet.I tried contacting the store since 8pm already bt it just says they have high call volumes.I tried now again to contact store and machine says sorry its outside working hours.im really ****ed off right now.worst service ever and I paid online already. I expect something to be done because I already paid and family was waiting for the pizza.</p>
Since I posted a complaint on debonairs customer care complaints nd on hellopter a lady by the name of shahieda contacted me from the promenade store and apologized about the incident she also had order replaced again for free and gave me 50% off my next purchase with debonairs.
