Worse debonairs franchise ever!!! Beyond ***********!!!

Debonairs Carlton centre is the worst. We placed an order at 17:30 today. We received confirmation of our order via sms but they did not show. Everything we order from debonairs Carlton centre we wait for 2 hours or more. Well today I'm fed up with the **** service we receive everytime. I am a loyal customer. Even their delivery guys have **** attitudes. The management of debonairs Carlton centre needs to be changed seriously as well as their staff. I mean they sent me a email saying that we can order until 19:00 pm but they still don't deliver. I wish everybody can see how *********** they are. They don't even show any remorse when they **** up like this. I hope their seniors can see my post and see how disgusted I am
