Wont pay to fix motor vehicle after accident involving a Debonairs Scooter rented by Mobile Macs

On 18 July 2024 a debonairs delivery guy from Bothasig Debonairs drove into my dad's motor vehicle while he was stationary. Extensive damage was done to the vehicle. Numerous emails and telephone calls have been made to the owner of the Debonairs Bothasig. He has made promises to get back to me with insurance details which has not materialised. Emails to Debonairs Head Office for assistance have fallen on deaf ears as no response has been received. The company the scooters are rented from Mobile Macs denies any 3rd party claims. These drivers are put on the road, they drive recklessly and endanger other people's lives. Debonairs nor Mobile Macs care about who drives the scooters as long as they make money. We should stop supporting these franchises
