Will never order from Braamfontein branch again

I love Debonairs triple decker pizza, so much so that I ordered from Carlton Centre on 25/06/2015 and their pizza was so amazing I sent photos to my family and friends to brag and decided to order again the next day. Unfortunately I didn't have cash on me and the easiest option is to order online at Braamfontein with my card. What a disappointment. The delivery guy takes over an hour to get here. Phones me for the address (which I feel the store should've given him the details before he left). I then call the store and they tell me that I never said which corner my street is on (but the web doesn't allow that option without changing the street name). I eventually get my order and it's really disappointing compared to the one I got yesterday, an entire layer is dry! I have even taken photos of the pizza today as to compare to the one I received yesterday. In future I will make sure I have cash on me as to order from Carlton Centre.
