Why is the Debonairs franchise still in business?

I was a fan of Debonairs pizza years back when they sold delicious pizza, over the years I stopped supporting the brand, it has been a year now since I last ordered at the Debonairs kromboom branch, I thought by now they would actually serve customers pizza with actual toppings (which you already pay for) and not a pizza base filled with a thick layer of potent tomato paste, which is all you taste. Why are they still in business??? The quality of all their products have gone from bad to worst. This was the last straw.
