Why do we have to struggle with Debonairs so much?

Why is it that we have to struggle with this place? It's not even the first time. We have been waiting for more than an hour and a half for 2 large pizzas, on the site they say the order was completed. This is not good customer service. I even called just now, a lady picked up and transferred me to someone else that doesn't want to pick up. Also I don't want to hear it's because of lockdown that they are taking so long because this is ridiculous.
