where is my order zevenwacht debonairs?

so on the 26th Of September 2020 at 19:10 I successfully placed an order for a pizza. Little did I know it won't be delivered even though the store accepted my order. Now I have to sleep on an empty stomach because they did not deliver. 2 hours later and my pizza is still not here. The store in question is zevenwacht debonairs. I mean they could have at least called or reject my order and not give me false hope. I could have gone to the shops and got myself something to eat. I'm disappointed because this is tarnishing debonairs as a whole. I hope something gets done regarding this.
