Where is my order???

Very disappointed in the service from Debonairs Phillip Nel park, Placed my order last night at 18:18 on the App and paid.(#***4) Gave them a phone call at 18:21 speaking with a "manager" explaining to him that my number that is listed on the app is not working, I gave him the number that I want the driver to phone as soon as he's by my house, The manager then promised me the moon and the sun he will update the number on my order and make sure the pizza is with me in the next hour. I waited until 20:25 with no phone call/email. I phoned to the branch again, just to get a auto attendant answer telling me the store is closed or hold for a manager, I tried phoning and holding 5 times with no answer. Well it is 10:23 the following day and still no delivery!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (even though the app says it was delivered???????????????) This is seriously the worst service I ever got, not only from this specific branch, but for a manager to make such a promise and give you surety just to fail at it, is even worse!!!! I want an immediate transfer back into my account with the delivery fee included, as you took my payment immediately and failed to deliver.
