WHERE DID MY PAYMENT GO IF MY ORDER IS NOT BEING PROCESSED???

Ordered online at 11h51. Called at 12h56 to enquire as to where my order is. The Call Centre answered the call. They called back saying that my order was not valid and was not being processed, so my question was WELL, WHY DID YOU TAKE MY PAYMENT? Oh, I will come back to you - nothing
