WHAT PATHETIC SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

<p>On Saturday the 25th whilst on holiday in Durban. We ordered pizza from Debonairs whilst at Suncoast. We did not want to order a too filling meal. so we attempted to order a special at the time of 2 large pizzas at R119.90. Time to pay I swipped my card and then only realised that it wasnt what we ordered as the total now was R179.90. Questioning the lady that takes the orders. With a huge sign next to the store she says she know nothing about that special. She must have thought we stupid people who cannot read. Anyway along comes what I think was either the manager or supervisor. I explained to her what we ordered and etc. Her responses was or there is nothing we can do now because I swipped my card. I cant take the pizza we ordered or leave it. My choice. Great attitude and great service. How do you make a mistake, I pay for it and then you still arrogantly tell me its my choice if I want to take the pizza I bought or leave.</p>
