What is your operation hours and training is needed for your staff

Went to the robertson store from Ashton got there at 20:15 at the 20:19 was told the pizza oven was off asked why wasn't I informed on arrival and at the same time the operation hours are until 21hrs was told it's wrong and shouldn't be reflecting that all we wanted was pizza so we had to take a bit cause the store is not halaal was very disappointed had to settle for kfc cashier was fun and helpful
