What is that?

My buddy and I ordered from the Kuils River Debonairs last night at 20:58. As I have done before, we ordered the Triple stack Half and Half with extra cheese and Cheese & Garlic Sub. Fair enough the delivery came in time, however the pizza was cold and when we took a closer look, the dough was half raw. There were also small squares that looked like garlic, turns out it was the Mozzarella. We tried calling the store, but at this stage they were already closed. The pizza was placed in the oven until it was properly cooked. This is really unacceptable that we had to complete the cooking of the pizza. Photos have been taken as evidence to accompany this complaint. We do feel that compensation is necessary as we have paid for the pizza and tipped the driver and had such a dismal experience.
