What happen to customer service

On Friday I ordered telephonically, 2 hours later my food arrived. The little garlic pizza's were horrible rock hard and to top it off there was a hair on it this has been escalated to HQ Lerato and Charmaine are aware of this complaint. Today I have a unprofessional manager call me she cant speak English I could not even make out what she was saying and had to ask her to repeat herself more than once, to top this really horrible experience she says I need to order from Brackenfell branch because they having work politics \they said we *****ing there customer"really i don't want to know that ****. The more im typing the more angry I become. How do you manage to employ such illiterate people when there are thousands out there looking for work???? She has no telephone etiquette no managerial skills and no people skills... """
