What ever happened to service?

<p>I have been craving pizza all day and decided to order a Large Meaty Filla in. My online order went through and paid for( since the system was declining services to pay on delivery) at 18H45. Around 20H00, I called the branch and asked them to track my order as I was getting confused if maybe something went wrong online. The lady I spoke to after giving her all my details confirmed order was on the system and as I was trying to find out she answered another call while i am on call with her. I dialled again and was asked all the details again by another lady. The phone got cut off after giving her my numbers and no one bothered calling me back whatsover. I had tried twice to call without much help. At exactly 20H30, we received a call from delivery man. We turned him away because this 36 Weeks woman had fixed herself dinner while not sure the pizza was coming or not. You have lost a valuable customer for your poor communication s****s and failing to deliver product. I need my refund back ASAP!!!</p>
