What a huge let down from Debonaires KwaMnyandu

I went to Debonaires at KwaMnyandu Shopping Centre during my lunch time as I work in the centre myself. When I ordered I asked the cashier if they will be able to deliver at the store. I know Debonaires does deliver as I have had someone who would deliver for us before. The cashier then responded saying they are all very busy, I then asked her if she would ask the manager and the manager said they will deliver. I then left the store and went back to work. I did not check the time how long it took them to deliver as they did tell me that they are busy however when I got my food, the food was the worst part, the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life from debonaires. The crust was hard and burnt and the pizza was cold. I am not sure whether they did that on purpose because I have asked for delivery which they did not want to do in the first place.
