WESTVILLE MALL DEBONAIRS IS TERRIBLE !!!!!

Debonairs Westville Mall- TERRIBLE!!!!! Pity there is no option for 0 stars. I went in at 16:30 to order ONE small club pizza for my daughter. I had then gone around the corner to Rocomamas to get a takeaway for myself and my wife. I returned at 17:00 as I was told to wait around 20 minutes which I thought was a little odd. I came back only to find out that my order was not yet ready! I eventually waited around with my other food and then only at 17:15 I got my order. Are you telling me it takes you 45 minutes to make ONE small pizza? Not even an apology from your staff. They just could not be bothered. To my dismay, I get home to have to eat a cold rocomamas meal due to my wait! Well there goes R200 down the drain ! If you cannot get your customer service right, rather employ compatible staff or shut down ! I expect some form of a resolution i have also seen many complaints about this branch even on Facebook etc!!!!
