Westgate Mall debonairs I'll never order again from you and I want my money back.

So tonight I order my normal pizza from Westgate Mall and the funny part is I did a payment online what I normally never do. The pizza never showed up and I lost my money which cost me almost R300 so now I dont know what to do they could have phoned to say that my order will not be delivered so ****ed off now , now I need to make other plans for food and most of the shops is closed already. I want my money back.
