Wellington Debonairs worst pizza

We bought pizza which was so dry and tasteless you can't even eat it. Triple decker. We returned it and they admitted it was not correct but they cant replace it due to amount of slice. We told them we had guests over, should we have taken all there have eaten slices back out of carbage bin to return and return. Seems like they wanted it back. They why they talked to us is not how you tread you customer. Then I got this mail friday, after monday: I try to contact you today ,but your phone just ringing and then voicemail properly your at work and can not answer your phone .I apoligised again for the service your receive from our store on Monday, I did follow up on your complaint the next day and i look the camera footage and they did use the correct portioning cups and the correct amount of sauce. We also check everyday our oven setting and time. Can you please provide me with another contact number or a time i can phone you back on later. Regards Geraldine

Lol camera footage. So they watch each pizza. Sound like a bunch of lies to me. And still they continue to argue with a client. Even the the delivery guy told us due to training staff this kind of pizza are make. The best is they even ask if they cant return the slices. So firstly they admitted it was not correct, than the amount of slices was not right to them and then the want to return it. Wow. Now this mail is different stories. The more they talk the more they lie. Robertson made the same pizza 2 weeks before this and it was not dry or lacking ingredients. They must go learn there.
