Weakness Becomes Debonairs

Terrible service. Would never recommend to anyone wanting to place online orders for a quick meal. Placed an order via app, (mind you the app is so ****e! Especially the tracking that doesn't really track anything) at 3pm. Waited 47min and called to confirm of they received my order as they didn't bother to update on my order being almost a full hour late. I was confidently told by the call center agent (BTW it's not fun being transferred even though you're calling the direct line for that specific store) that my pizza would arrive in 20min. I obviously didn't hold my breath. I called again at 6:37pm to ask if I'm still getting my pizza and was told by some inebriated sounding, agent that she would call the manager of my selected store to find out. So after she asks the manager, what then? She said then the pizza will be delivered.

Obviously a bunch of nonsense and needless to say i didn't get my pizza that i ordered 3 hours prior. I had the lowest of expectations and i was still disappointed. Especially because i actually wanted to give them a try. Weak service, weaker app.
