We ordered a R218

We ordered a R218.80 meal from them on their app and it said that they deliver in our area. However after already deducting the money and having us wait for them to deliver, the restaurant called us to say that they actually don't deliver in this area. We asked if we could have a refund and the manager asked us if we couldn't meet them somewhere to get the pizza. We said no and asked for a refund again and they hung up. We tried calling again and we encountered a customer service number which was connected to an automated call centre and we still have not received a refund.
