We ordered a box of pizza ,(on the double) and there was a an insect walking all over it ,terrible

We ordered a box of pizza ,(on the double) and there was a an insect walking all over it ,terrible. ****roach been walking all over it ,only when I got home with the pizza and open up the box we see this ****roach running all over it ,been trying to contact the Tongaat Debonairs store but no one's getting back to us about it ,we did not eat the food ,we want to return it but no idea on what's the way forward, even got video proof of the insect walking all over the pizza
