We don’t deliver smartly, we don’t deliver at all!

We had a discount coupon for Debonairs Willows in Bloemfontein, involving Rustic size pizzas. The coupon only expires end June 2020. I was told that that the Rustic pizzas are not available anymore. No substitute product, nothing. Then I asked to speak to GM. Sisipho very teluctantly gave me Thatho’s number, which he did not answer, nor called back. She blatantly refused to give me the owners number- he may not be disturbed over weekends! Upon asking if they may call the owner if the shop burns off, Sisipho said that she would still not call him. Is management so fierce that due to fear service and communication is going out the back door? I left with nothing except a lot of frustration!
