Watergate Debonairs Pizza

I ordered a triple decker Pizza at 11:49 AM at Westgate Debonairs Pizza, while I was going for consultation at my G.P. I went in and out and you must bare in mind I was queuing for all that process before seeing a doctor. Come out at around 13:00 PM still my Pizza haven't arrived called them, they keep on promising that it is on it's way. Went out and waited at the Hospital entrance for almost 30 minutes. Went to the the store now the guy calls at 13:50 that he is at the entrance of the Hospital. I was so ****ed off. I asked the guy to wait for me I am driving back, he told me that he has other orders to deliver he can't wait for me while I waited for them for more than 2 hours to deliver a Pizza. Had to give the phone to the manager in order for him to wait for me. Their service sucks will never buy anything from them even that Steers at Watergate their service is bad.
