Wasting my time
Yesterday, 25 June, i wanted to order pizza's and Debonairs has this new answering system that answers and let you hold on for ever. I waited about 5 min on the phone, just to hear this lady telling me my waiting time is 2min and then again waiting time 50sec. I wasted 10min of my airtime. A guy picked up and i said i would like to order, he replies, Sorry ma'am, we have lost our \data"can i please give him all my details again"
