Wasted time

<p>I went to your branch at white house shopping complex in mount edgecombe . I was order 365 , my order time was 19h20 I left the store at 19h55 order placed after me were collected and my order was not ready . I asked atleast 5 time and was told it will b 10 min longer . After anther frustrating 10 min I asked the cashier what's going on with my order to which she asked the person who makes the orders and she advised the order made with the pop-itz that I had ordered . After a few minutes of confusion they said it will be ready in 10 min again .poor service I left your store with no food after waiting a fair 30min with no one attending to me and I had to keep trying to get someone attention to help.upon the order placed I was clearly told 10-15 min </p>
