Wasted money (poor service)

I am very disappointed in Debonairs pizza Centurion over the weekend . I ordered just before they closed and when my food finally came it was the wrong pizza and I had paid with my card on the app . The pizza they gave me cost less then the one I paid for . Luckily I was able to check the food before the driver left and got a refund FOR THE EXTRA 25 RAND I WAS CHARGED however the pizza I got had pineapples which I don't eat . I had to have the half of the pizza which was the correct one WHICH WAS A WASTE IN ANY CASE BECAUSE I PAID FOR SOMETHING I DONT EVEN EAT . I don't understand if it was due to the store rushing to close or just negligence . I am very disappointed in this usually the standard is very good I don't know what happened this time around . I could have returned the pizza but I was hungry and all other delivery companies were closed already . I wait to hear what the reason for this was I am very dissapointyed
