waste of my money-cold n dry

I'm so so so disappointed in the service I tend to get from derbonairs vorna valley every time I order pizza which iver never enjoyed and always brush of the complaints but today I'm fed up -i ordered pizza at around 20:43. As the slip says but my phone record says otherwise besides that I received pizza with a black dot tasted like cardboard full of sauces and less cheese I asked the driver why an hours five min late he tells me sorry I show him the box is black dotted he says nothing .my kids are already sleeping no food to eat I'm told rudly abvout the weather .this is not the first time some times. I call to find out what's happening .I don't need to use a microwave to warm up fresh pizza that taste as if its over night pizza I spend money to get such service the pizza is somewhat burnt also and I asked nicely please don't burn it .all I want is my money bak or fresh pizza I'm staying in midrand but I receive food as if I were in forways after an hour .I'm fastrated and angry
