Waste for time ordering online, going to the shops was way quicker that online orders... 😡

Pathetic service received from call centre to store.. Order # 97 *** I called at 18:43, my wife got to the store and waited over 30min for the order, what was the point of calling or ordering online ?? What a waste of time, because I should have gone to the store and placed an order. People that came way after (order 110) got their orders before us.. Like why have an app or online facilities if they are useless? Please respect our times, ordering online should be for our convenience not this nonsense experienced, Not even an apology was received for wanting so long?? Appetite lost, I wish I could get a refund.
