Waiting two hours for delivery of pizza

My worst service ever from debonairs. I ordered pizza online and paid immediately. The pizza was supposed to be delivered by 13:24. I've called the contact centre +-8 times. Just tk be told the driver is on its way. The driver has been on his or her way for the past hour.

What irritates me the most is that the app says the pizza has been delivered. But no pizza arrived. I'm extremely disgusted in the service.

I've contacted so many times and only one out of the 8 agents that I spoke to apologised. I'm extremely disappointed in the service. If I knew this would be the case I could order at any other restaurants. And I honestly believe that a sorry will not justify this putrid service...
