Waiting too long for order to be deliverd

Placed an order at Kwa-thema Square at 18:30 to be delivered. Pizza was delivered at 20: 55, on top of that it was cold, the sticker was black. Tried to call but there was no answer. I'm really disappointed, poor service indeed.
