Waiting time of 2 hours for an order

I made a purchase order on the online website for 2 x sweet chilli chicken triple deckers small sizes. The order was made to Maponya mall on the 15/10/2021 at 18.50 pm and my order only came in at 21.00 exactly this after numerous calls to the store and being told the driver is on the way. My location is less that 5km from the mall and i had call from 19.33pm last call 20.19pm. i was really not happy with the waiting time and the deception of saying the order was on the ways when it wasnt.
