Waiting for over 2 hours

<p>I orderd a pizza online and paid for it using my card on that facility, I got am email notification and an sms stating that the store had accepted my order and my delivery will be on its way soon. So I waited as I should, after an hour of waiting I called the store to enquire and was told that the driver had just left. I waited some more and after another hour of waiting I called to enquire how far the delivery is and i was told they do no know what happened. the lady on the phone said she would need to place the order again!!!!!!!!!!!!AGAIN, after waiting for 2 hours I still need to wait some more?????????? this cant be customer service, I was also told that the supervisor would call me. I am still waiting </p>
