Waiting for my Pizza for over 2 hours Debonairs Wetton

Bad bad service from Debonairs pizza in Wetton.

Why accept my order in the first place if you not willing or able to deliver.

I ordered of 2 hours ago and still waiting.

Call centre doesn't answer, the store does not answer.

You a waste of my damn time and money and I am really glad I did not pay online because it would have been a R240 that would have been gone.

Online app live chat is automated so really not helpful... Do mot get why it's called a live chat FYI.

O and when I eventually got through to someone after trying 1000 times, she answered hello debonair we are not taking any orders as the store is close.... Mmmm really where is your professionalism.

When I said I am querying where I order is that I am waiting for over a hour already her response was this is the call centre let me put to through to the store mmmm what store how did you know... Nou so nou.
