WAITING FOR AN HOUR TO GET MY PIZZA.

I went to Debonairs pizza in Gugulethu mall on the 27th May 2023 and I had to wait for an HOUR to get my pizza. I asked for the manager and asked why his cashiers do not aware customers about the waiting period because I bought my pizza at 14:59 and got it at 16:06, I have a proof of my slip. The managers excuse was the cashiers are still new and orders take long because of there's deliveries as well, I told him all restaurants have delivery options unless they prioritise online order only than walk ins. Time is money, and time wasted is never gained. Just because the business is in the location and black people won't complain doesn't mean we should wait for an hour to get our pizza. Very unreasonable and unworthy because we won't enjoy the pizza with angry emotions. The manager did apologize but they can do better.
