Waiting for a pizza order for hours

I placed an order at Debonairs Pizza(Khaya mall, eMbalenhle)and waited for hours for it to be delivered. When I first called to enquire, they said it's out and I continued wait. I called the second time and they said the same thing, when I called the third time they hung up as soon as they heard it was me. The head office kept on calling to check if I got my order but it didn't help with anything.
