Waiting an hour

I had no opportunity to leave home so thought i would order take away from them. The first time i phoned it was not answered the second time same thing so i decided to order online. i put my order through at 10:47 and said to deliver as soon as possible and waited. i phoned to let them know my bell wasn't working and to phone me when they arrive. i then called again at 11:47 saying it has now been an hour what is the hold up. i was told that that's what happens when i don't specify a time, i told them that as soon as possible doesn't mean an hour or two later its as soon as possible. to which he said he would phone and see where the driver is. the driver arrived shortly after and on top of the fact that they were an hour late they deliver a cream soda because they don't have sprite, can they not call and ask what i would prefer because they are out of stock? shocking service!!!
