Waiting almost 2 hours for 2 large pizzas
Good day,
I would like to place a formal complaint.
We placed an order for two large pizzas. Order number ***4.
After 45 min, we called and the lady assisting me (only asked my name NO ORDER NUMBER ) informed me that the pizza will be delivered within the next 10 min.
After another 20 min we called for a second time- where after we were informed that the pizza will be delivered within the NEXT 20 min! (While the person assisting keeps chatting to co-workers in the background and ignoring our query and questions and still not taking an order number ONLY A CELLPHONE NUMBER!!)
After saying that this is unacceptable we where informed that the pizzas however are only NOW being put in the oven!!!
This really is unacceptable! It is now 22:00 after placing an order at 20:39, and we STILL have not received our pizza!
We are now in the process of getting in the car and driving to the store ourselves should this “20min” also turn out to be an empty promise!
Update: pizza arrived 20 min later. HOWEVER we specified that we are paying cash. So when the driver arrived, HE HAD NO CHANGE... so whether we wanted to give him a tip or not he got one because he didn't have change!
