Waiting 6 Hours

I placed an order at 11:50 this morning via the call center and at 12:30 an employee from the Watergate Mall branch called me to confirm my address. When I spoke to the call center agent she said it was going to be deliver within a hour. I waiting until 14:50 and contacted the customer care who informed me that I should just hold on a bit longer but assured me it would be delivered but up to this point ( the time is now 17:25) I haven't received my pizza nor a call or any form of cummunication as to when or if I will receive my order.

I think this is absolutely rediculous, even with the challenges you are facing. More than 5 hours with no cummunication whatsoever and that is after taking all my contact details twice. To top it all off I've seen a Debonairs delivery vehicle pass here twice but apparently Ive been completely forgotten.
