Waiting 3 hours for a pizza delivery

I ordered pizza from Debonairs Mkhuhlu using the Debonairs App. The order was confirmed at 13h15. They called me to confirm my address and told me that the pizza would be delivered in 30 to 45 minutes. 3 hours passed and the pizza was not delivered. I had to go and collect the pizza personally at around 16h20. There was no explanation or apology offered for the delay instead they tried to make up excuses. I used the same app yesterday to order pizza from the same restaurant and my pizza was delivered to me in about 45 minutes. I am very unhappy with the service that I received today. My family eagerly waited for pizza for 3 hours which was never delivered. The least they could have done was to offer an apology. I wouldn't advice anyone to make use of their service.
