Waiting 2 hours for pizza!!!!!!

I have been waiting for 2 hours for my Pizza from Magalasview Rustenburg Debonairs branche. When I phone them, they say they don't have drivers!! When I placed the order they did not inform me and said it would take 30-40 minutes. This is NOT the first time it happens. I expect management to phone me ASAP to discuss reimbur*****t!!!
