Waiting 2 hours for a pizza - and still counting
Hi ,<br> <br> I ordered a pizza online via the Debonairs website on the 25/04/2015 and received confirmation of the store receiving my order. At this time I am writing this - 20H30 , I have still not received my order.<br> <br> Gave the store a call at 19H30 and also at 20H00 and got the same response that the driver is on the road.<br> <br> On initiating my order,I was given the ETA at 40 minutes!<br> <br> This really is not on Debonairs , fair enough there is peak hour of which I was willing to wait an hour - JUST NOT 2 (and still counting).<br> <br> Really need to jack up your service.
