Waiting 2 hours

<p>We phoned in at 17:25 to place an order for pizza delivery. Please note delivery!!!!! We placed an order at Silver Oaks Crossing. After waiting an hour we phoned and asked what's happening? They said that we placed an order for collection. So my queation is why did we give our address? So they know where we live when we collect?? It's been 2 hours now. Still nothing. We phoned again and only responded the driver is on his way. We can't hear them over the phone expecially when they have a conversation with the person next to them. The pizza is 2 hours and 35 min old. I still need to pay for something thats not fresh and probably ice cold!! Should have stuck with Romans Pizza. </p>
