Waiting 1hr:20min just for pizza

I do understand that 20min after waiting for delivery I was called and informed theres a delay on my order but waiting for 1:20minjust for a mere pizza not a steak it's absolutely pathetic.this is the worst service I have ever experienced from a restaurant.see me buy from you anytime soon. .never
