Waiting 1.5 hours inside my Van right in front of a Shop

What a great disappointment l had this Evening, me and my Family sitting here still trying to see what can we put together to eat!

On my way back l stopped before getting to Debonairs Brickhill South Beach to place an Order to collect! 18:46 they confirmed on the App and asked me to confirm on arrival AFTER I chose to let them bring it to my Car.

It took only a few minutes and l announced myself as requested. They acknowledged and asked Specific details about my Parking Area/Space and Car Details. I informed them I'm right in front of their door, blue Van, Ford Ranger. Later added with Ladders.

45 Minutes went past and Nothing BUT I see Orders flying out and People come in n out!

I went back to chat Online. Several Times l laid my Complain, still No help! I couldn't go into the crowded store nor dare step out, l have a flu and even my voice is horse! This went beyond an hour and now can't leave as l paid online!

After that hour and minutes a Call came in but l fiddled to answer it until l missed it but that was it, no other Call! Going for 2 hours l informed the online I'm leaving now and l want my money back! Just as l park in at home, Sumaya who knows me well from years of home deliveries I've made Called again. She told me my Order is ready to Collect!

I was so angry l told her after waiting 1,5 hours and more right in front of their store she wants me to Collect when l was there!?

I did not get a clear explanation why they never honoured a promise to deliver! She offered to bring it with a Free 2 Iitre Coke! Really? A 2 Litre? I said l want my money back!

The Apologies, not to happen next time, offering her Personal Cell, promise to pay first thing in the morning, the 2 Litre Coke was just Poorest Service and Damage Control from a Big Franchise like Debonairs! Even after speaking to her Manager there was still no free Supper ,at least and I'm writing here still hungry!
