Waited four hours for Pizza

I ordered a Pizza from Southgate Debonairs on Saturday at 18:10 pm via the online app thinking it would take about just over an hour as it was a Saturday and we have ordered from them before and it took approx over an hour the previous time. After two hours of waiting I called the store and they said that they were extremely busy and they would send someone with the pizza as soon as possible ,three hours passed now and the store is already closed we call again and they say that the driver is still on his way, I live 5KM away from Southgate so Im not sure how it took so long for a driver to get to my house. At 22:10pm the driver shows up at my house with cold pizza's and the incorrect sides.

I will never order from Debonairs again or even buy pizza from them. Im Disgusted if they are going to be so busy why not get more drivers or simply close the damn app and dont take any online customers.
