WAITED FOR 50MIN IN DRIVE THRU

We stopped at the springs gate drive thru and waited for 15minutes before we could place our order. We ordered 2 regular sweet & sour subs. The time on order slip 174 was 18:45. We waited for 50 minutes without getting any feed back as to why it was taking so long. We phoned the branch number on the slip but nobody answered the phone. I then went inside and asked what was happening with our order and I got attitude as if I was bothering them. I saw the 2 subs standing on the ready tray waiting. They handed me the subs and it was already half cold. I am so dissappointed with the service I can barely put it into words without losing my temper. This is absolutely the worst service I've ever received and I would advise any potential clients to avoid that debonairs drive thru completely and rather go to any of the surrounding shops
